I've managed multi-million dollar workforce initiatives, designed training curricula reaching 30,000+ participants nationwide, and helped organizations navigate complex federal grant requirements.
From serving as the Mayor's representative on San Antonio's workforce board to delivering technical assistance on federal reentry programs, I've seen what works across every level of government and nonprofit service delivery.
